A Results-Driven Approach

Dr. Kristin and Dr. Megan have been extensively trained in the Gonstead Technique, developed by Dr. Clarence Gonstead with more than 50 years of experience. At his practice in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, he had the largest clinic at the time and treated a variety of health ailments that received astounding results. Patients flew in from all over the world to see him.

In Minnesota, less than 2% of chiropractors specialize in this method. There is no twisting, making it a gentler approach. It treats the whole person and encourages proactivity, allowing you to stay better in the future. The many benefits of chiropractic care include increased energy, improved sports performance and the relief of

A Comprehensive Analysis

We go beyond the typical spinal assessment and conduct an evaluation of your spine using six separate criteria.

  1. Visualization. Your posture and walking patterns are analyzed and the symmetry of muscles and other body structures assessed.
  2. Static Palpation. Your spine is examined for areas of tightness, swelling, changes in skin texture or any protrusion of bones.
  3. Motion palpation. The spine is felt while moving and bending at different angles to feel the movement or restriction of individual joints.
  4. Nervo-Scope® instrumentation. This instrument is guided down your back to detect a distribution of heat that may indicate an area of inflammation and nerve pressure.
  5. X-rays. Full spine images allow for the visualization of your entire spine to evaluate disease, posture, fractures, joint and disc integrity or vertebral misalignments.
  6. Symptom correlation. Your symptoms are analyzed to correlate with examination findings to accurately diagnosis your condition and pinpoint your problem.
