Office Manager
Abbey Wheelock
Hi! My name is Abbey and I am the office manager at Cornerstone Family Chiropractic. I studied Psychology/sciences at the University of Minnesota and have worked with kids with cognitive and developmental disabilities for the last 8+ years.
I transitioned to working at our clinic in the summer of 2022, after first being a patient here for nearly one year. I experienced such significant breakthrough in my health as a patient, and I wanted to be involved with other peoples’ testimonies of healing in a greater way.
I am incredibly passionate about connecting with people in all walks and stages of life. There is deep peace and healing that happens in being present with people through their struggles- in accepting and allowing what is while hoping for and believing in a better future. I believe that the Lord is moving great miracles on this Earth in many ways, and precise chiropractic care being one method of delivery. I have seen it in my own life and have watched transformation happen for so many others, too!
These are a few things that light me up in life: listening to and singing worship music; spending time with my boyfriend, my family, and my friends; trying new coffee shops; hiking and spending time outside, especially near Grand Marais or Lutsen… being barefoot is a bonus.
I'm so excited to share this experience with every single one of you and am so thankful that you’re here!
Business Operations Manager
Gretta Diede (Goman)
Hi there, my name is Gretta and I work behind the scenes on our Business Operations Team, though you will occasionally see me in the clinic. I have been part of this team for over three years and am amazed by the power of precise and personal chiropractic care!
When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending my free-time with my husband and our golden doodle, Mable, outdoors taking long walks and soaking in God’s glorious creation. I also enjoy going for long road-trips, connecting with my family, and researching nutrition and metabolic health. I have a passion for inner healing and holistic health – we are stewards of our bodies, and they were indeed made wonderfully. We have the power to partner with Truth and take ownership of healing!
Having a relationship with the Lord is beautiful and I am passionate about living with JOY! With that being said, I am blessed with the privilege to be a part of the family here at Cornerstone Family Chiropractic.

Grace Stachel-Vogt
Hi! My name is Grace! I am honored and blessed to be joining Cornerstone Family Chiropractic. I have a passion for holistic health and I love helping people in any way that I can. I grew up in Minnesota and went to Mankato State University to study biology.
In my free time I love going for long walks, cooking, and spending my time with God, family, and friends! I am very excited to start at Cornerstone Family Chiropractic and I cannot wait to get to know everyone!
Business Operations Director
John Fellows
Hi, my name is John Fellows, and I am the Business Operations Manager here at Cornerstone Family Chiropractic. I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska, and hold a degree in Business Operations with a minor in Accounting and a master’s degree in Software Design and Development from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN.
I mostly work behind the scenes, but you will occasionally see me in the clinic as well. I live a lifestyle of natural health, have a passion for operating in efficiency, and value customer service. I enjoy coaching my kids’ soccer teams, taking my family on adventures to the North Shore of Lake Superior, have been married to my wife (Dr. Kristin) for 18 years, and have a strongly- rooted faith guiding all that I do.
Physical Therapist
Lisa Nelson
Hi! My name is Lisa and I am honored and blessed to be part of the Cornerstone Family Chiropractic family. I have my Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and have worked in several areas in the past 27 years. During that time I have taken many continuing education courses including receiving my certification as a Lymphedema therapist and Neuro Developmental Treatment specialist.
I truly believe that our muscles, fascia, tissues play an important role in our function and quality of life. They become unbalanced and bring us out of alignment leading to pain, injury, etc. Often this is missed as a cause of our pain or poor health as it is not seen on medical imaging.
With manual treatment/bodywork these issues can be addressed, allowing us to move and function as our amazing body is meant to.
I enjoy being busy and active and trying any new challenge, but also value my quiet times with nature and God. I also cherish the time I am able to spend with my family and friends.
I look forward to being part of your healing journey and continued health.

Vicki Moe
Hi! My name is Vicki Moe!! I've been a Certified Massage Therapist for just about 20 years! I specialize in bringing mobility back to the body using modalities like Muscular Therapy, integrated to the specific needs of each client.
I'm also a Wife of almost 18 years! My husband and I have a son who is 16 and a daughter who is 15. We are just trying to squeeze in as much family time as possible before they are off chasing their dreams!
Our faith is strong in the Lord! We believe that we can plan our future, but the Lord directs our steps!! We are thankful for that, as we believe God is Good!
I'm blessed to be back here at Cornerstone Family Chiropractic! I'm looking forward to working with you and getting to know you!
