Meet Dr. Kristin Fellows, Clinic Director

Eagan Chiropractor Dr. Kristin FellowsThe Healing Power of Chiropractic

At age 10, Dr. Kristin was climbing a tree when she fell from a height of 15 feet. Facedown in the dirt with the wind knocked out of her, something was seriously wrong. She started having headaches, stomachaches, and sore joints, so her parents took her to a chiropractor to try to get some answers.

“The chiropractor examined me, took X-rays and explained the importance of the nervous system in a way I could understand. I was immediately fascinated, and even more excited when all my discomfort went away shortly after starting chiropractic care. I knew at 10 years old that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others through chiropractic.”

She majored in Biology at the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University. To complete her chiropractic education, Dr. Kristin attended Northwestern Health Sciences University, College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2002. She now has over 15 years of experience in practice.

Making an Impact With the Gonstead Technique

During her first year of chiropractic college, Dr. Kristin was in two car accidents that caused painful migraines. She asked around for the best chiropractor in the Twin Cities and was directed to a Gonstead chiropractor who learned directly from Dr. Clarence Gonstead and would later become Dr. Kristin’s mentor.

The Gonstead technique of chiropractic brought her overall health to an even higher level, so she knew she had to learn this technique, so that she could make the same incredible impact on her patients’ health that had been made on hers.

With the same type of precise adjustments, Dr. Kristin gets to the cause of her patients’ concerns. She has a deep empathy for those in pain, and she welcomes those with difficult cases, such as neurological problems, those who have had spinal surgery and people with special needs.
